2018 was bursting at the seams!

Mother nature wasn’t so kind on the Friday of the Field Days this year, but the cold weather did not deter thousands of people attending! This year saw a record number of exhibitors attending, which meant creating new sites even at the last minute! People travelled from areas such a Hay, Hillston, West Wyalong, Temora, Leeton, Narrandera, Wagga just to name a few

So, what is the Riverina Field Days all about and why is it so important to the community?
It is an opportunity to showcase what’s new in farming, new technology, and a networking opportunity for farmers. This region produces the best quality food and fibre products and is widely known as the ‘food bowl’. The Riverina Field Days is the perfect opportunity to showcase the best farming practices and technology from all industries. It boosts our local economy, with people travelling from far and wide, most staying a night or two.

The range of exhibitors this year was immense. It’s was the biggest year to date! Ranging from automotive, ag machinery, ag products, equipment, arts and craft, builders, confectionary, pools and spars, trucks and trailers, wool, motorcycles, outdoor leisure, hardware, photography, financial, flowers, irrigation, wines, equipment hire, fencing, home improvement ideas, clothing, giftware and so much more!

The kids were entertained with jumping castles, bundgee jumps, animals, show rides, show bags.

Our demonstrations did not disappoint this year. Featuring a reptile show, working dog demo, cooking demo’s, live entertainment, whip cracking, meet and greet opportunities too.

And of course…. the food! From doughnuts to baked potatoes, and German sausages to twirly potatoes on a stick, pull porked rolls and the classic BBQ!

Preparations are already underway for 2019 and we’d love to hear any feedback on how we can improve each year! Drop us an email at .
